Come Work With Us!

CRYSP DC, formerly known as Capitol Hill Riverside Youth Sports Park, began as a neighborhood-inspired vision for playing fields, walking/biking trails, playground, outdoor pavilion, river access, and other amenities in the north lots of the RFK Stadium complex. This vision addressed a key lack of field space for youth and adult amateur sports programs in nearby Kingman Park, Rosedale, Carver/Langston, and Capitol Hill. As a result of our advocacy, The Fields at RFK Campus, built and owned by Events DC, opened in June 2019. CRYSP submitted a proposal to be the field operator and was awarded the contract.

CRYSP is committed to creating sports and recreational opportunities, primarily for youth and the neighborhoods surrounding The Fields at RFK Campus on both sides of the Anacostia River. From its beginning, “bridging communities” has been a central tenet of CRYSP’s mission. To us, that means connecting Capitol Hill residents with residents of wards 7 and 8, and making the benefits of sports and team participation available to as many young people and residents as possible, especially those with limited sports and recreation opportunities.

We love what we do! Come join our professional, fun, and passionate team.
