Come Work With Us
CRYSP DC, formerly Capitol Hill Riverside Youth Sports Park, began as a neighborhood-inspired vision. We saw playing fields, walking/biking trails, playgrounds, outdoor pavilions, river access, and more for the north lots of the RFK Stadium complex. This vision addressed a key lack of field space for youth and adult amateur sports programs in nearby Kingman Park, Rosedale, Carver/Langston, and Capitol Hill. As a result of our advocacy, The Fields at RFK Campus, built and owned by Events DC, opened in June 2019. CRYSP submitted a proposal to be the field operator and was awarded the contract.
CRYSP is committed to creating sports and recreational opportunities, primarily for youth and the neighborhoods near The Fields at RFK Campus. From its beginning, “bridging communities” has been a central tenet of CRYSP’s mission. That means connecting Capitol Hill residents with residents of wards 7 and 8 and making the benefits of sports and team participation available to as many young people and residents as possible. We focus on those with limited sports and recreation opportunities.
We love what we do! Come join our professional, fun, and passionate team.
