Happy Birthday to The Fields at RFK! 

Has it really been five whole years of playing at The Fields already? In that time, CRYSP has been proud to partner with Events DC to provide a world-class sports facility for over 80 organizations including hyper-local groups like Capitol Hill Little League, DC Scores, DC Way Academy, Flag Star Football, Sports on the Hill, and Washington Capital United. CRYSP DC is honored to be a part in operating The Fields and making space to play for our own community. Cheers to the next 5 years! 

CRYSP DC isn’t stopping there. 

Investing in youth sports is an investment in the future of our community – a critical tool for public health and public safety. CRYSP DC is making youth sports programs more accessible than ever providing scholarships, equipment and uniforms to 150 young people annually and growing! K-8th graders are invited to join our Youth Sports For All (YSFA) family for an array of after-school and summer sports programs at no cost to the participants.

YSFA would not be possible without our amazing partners and sponsors. A special thank you to our first and most committed funder: Capitol Hill Community Foundation,  who recently awarded a $3,000 grant – enabling 50 young people to develop skills and good sportsmanship playing a sport this past Spring. In addition, Spur Local has chosen CRYSP DC for their 2024 Nonprofit Class.

THREE new partnerships will enable us to offer new sports and develop more young athletes: First Tee, Fort Dupont Ice Arena, and Washington Tennis and Education Foundation. AND returning to our program…Pedalheads and Washington Area Frisbee Club!
